Shipping policy

Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the Netherlands. We ship throughout Europe.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are prepared for dispatch once payment has been received and credited to our bank account. Bank transfers can take one to two business days to clear, and this time is not included in the delivery estimate below.

Once payment has cleared, expected delivery time is 2 to 7 business days, depending on destination country and carrier.

Delivery times are estimates given in good faith. They are not guaranteed dates, and a delay in delivery does not entitle the buyer to cancel the order, refuse the goods or claim compensation.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination country:

  • Netherlands: EUR 35 per order. Free on orders of EUR 1,000 or more.
  • Belgium and Germany: EUR 50 per order. Free on orders of EUR 2,000 or more.
  • Rest of the European Union, and all destinations outside the EU: freight is quoted separately. No shipping charge is shown at checkout for these destinations. The freight cost is calculated on the weight and volume of your consignment and is added to the proforma invoice you receive before dispatch.

Shipping thresholds are applied to the order subtotal, excluding VAT. Larger consignments may be quoted as pallet freight. If a more economical freight option is available for your order, we will contact you before dispatch.

Transport of fragrances

Perfumes and eau de toilette contain alcohol and are classified as dangerous goods for transport purposes. We ship them as limited quantities by road in compliance with ADR regulations. As a result, air freight and express air services are not available for these products, and delivery to certain remote areas and islands may be restricted or subject to a surcharge.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided by email once your consignment has been handed to the carrier.

Delivery address

The buyer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address and a contact person who can receive the goods. Costs arising from an incorrect address, a refused delivery or a failed delivery attempt caused by the buyer will be charged to the buyer.

Checking your delivery

Please inspect every consignment on arrival before signing for it. Visible damage to cartons or pallets must be noted on the carrier's delivery documents at the moment of receipt, and reported to us within 48 hours with photographs. Damage that is not recorded at delivery is very difficult to claim from the carrier and we may be unable to compensate it.

Deliveries outside the European Union

For destinations outside the EU, the buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges and compliance with local product regulations. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Title and risk

Risk in the goods passes to the buyer on delivery. Ownership passes only once payment has been received in full.
