Do I need a VAT number to apply?
Yes. Tradefor7 is a trade-only wholesale platform, so every applicant must provide a valid VAT number. We check it against the official EU VIES register as part of reviewing your application.
How long does approval take?
A member of our B2B team reviews every application by hand - there's no automated approval. Most applications are decided within 1-2 business days, and you'll receive an email either way.
Do I need to create a password?
No. Tradefor7 uses secure, passwordless sign-in - you'll receive a one-time code by email whenever you log in, so there's nothing to remember or lose.
When can I see wholesale pricing?
Wholesale pricing becomes visible on your account as soon as your application is approved - typically within 1-2 business days of applying.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Orders have a minimum value of EUR 500 excluding VAT. Products are also sold in fixed multiples per item - 6 units per fragrance by default, noted on each product page.
How do I pay for orders?
Orders are paid by bank transfer. Once you place an order, you'll receive our bank details and a reference number to include with your payment.
