Tradefor7 is a Dutch wholesale distributor of authentic fragrances, supplying retailers, resellers and distributors across Europe. We work exclusively business to business.
What we do
We supply fragrances from established international houses, sourced through verified, authorised channels. Our range spans Arabic and oriental perfumery alongside contemporary international brands, selected for retail performance rather than catalogue size.
Every account is reviewed by hand before approval. Wholesale pricing and stock availability are visible only to approved trade partners.
How we work
- Minimum order: €500 excluding VAT
- Minimum per fragrance: 6 units
- Free shipping: Netherlands from €1,000 · Belgium and Germany from €2,000
- Rest of Europe: freight quoted separately and invoiced with your proforma
- Payment: bank transfer, with confirmation of the final amount before anything is due
- VAT: exempt for valid EU VAT numbers outside the Netherlands
You are never asked to pay before the final invoice is confirmed. Orders are reviewed, freight is added where it applies, and only then do you receive the amount to transfer.
Where we are
Tradefor7 is based in the Netherlands and ships from there throughout Europe. Being inside the EU means no customs formalities and no import duty for buyers in other member states, and typically a shorter transit than sourcing directly from the Gulf.
