RP EU label on Lattafa perfumes — Responsible Person EU and UK

Lattafa perfumes sold on the European market carry a small white label on the packaging with the details of the Responsible Person (RP). This is required under the EU Cosmetics Regulation 1223/2009 (article 19), and since December 2024 the same details are needed to list products under the GPSR (EU 2023/988) on marketplaces such as bol.com, Amazon and Kaufland.

GCRS EU, Dublin 22, D22 P3K7

Full address as registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK): Lattafa Europe B.V., Edisonstraat 111, 2723 RT Zoetermeer, the Netherlands. What this means for retailers

If you sell Lattafa in the EU, you need to be able to show these RP details in your product information and on marketplace listings. If the label is missing from the packaging you receive, that is a signal the batch was not intended for the European market (grey import) or does not meet EU requirements.
